Kamloops
Towards the end of the first day on the Rocky Mountaineer we went through Chase which is where an online friend used to live. I had no idea she lived in such a beautiful part of the world. The next town was Kamloops where we stayed overnight. This is the view from my hotel window. I woke early and sat outside with the first cup of coffee of the day enjoying the peace and beauty of the scene before me. Dawn was beautiful that day.

Chase is gorgeous, especially with the views on the Shuswap lake. Kamloops is an experience too! Beautiful shot, M!
