Plain sewing

I have been having a busy time making quilt blocks for charity lately. Hearts and nine patches for blankets of love and a stack of nine patches for any disaster that my online group fancies supporting. We had such a hard time making quilts for the Kosovan refugees in W. Australia, that we thought we would get some made up in advance. I do have some silk threads coming to me for dyeing. My friends and I have decided to have a dye-in one day, pool our dyes and have a fun day colouring everything that does not move.
