Shrine, Tokyo

Whilst walking to the shops near my hotel in Tokyo, I notices a sign pointing to a shrine. I have no idea what sort of shrine this is, if indeed it is a shrine, but there were all these tiles fixed in a corner of a courtyard. I would have liked to have taken a picture of the whole corner, but parked cars obscured the view. I liked the different yellows with black and red writing on them and the haphazard but sort of planned way the colours flowed.
